- Effectively manage the product to achieve maximum sales & margin
- Perform forecasting, tracking and budgeting
- Develops view on Brand issues and competitive positioning, customer
segments and their needs, and market development
- Develop & write Brand/commercial strategies with specific timelines,
budgets and stakeholder responsibilities, aligned with Brand planning
process and Brand Team direction
- Expand the product market through innovative commercial programmes,
opinion leader development,physician and patient education
- Translate strategy to implementation tactics, communicate clearly and
allocate responsibilities to cross functional team members and in-field team
(e.g. product messaging by physician segment)
- Monitor Key Performance Indicator results and feedback and propose strategic
planning/tactics adjustment
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and identify new
opportunities and ways to better meet customer needs
- Develop KOL management/Key account management
- Deliver expected performance and beyond (sales) at national level
- Implement a plan to achieve brand sales targets within agreed expense budgets. |
