| 업무내용 |
|
- Achievement of periodic, annual and strategic plans related to legal entity
and Korea market and after tax profit levels.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and legal requirements of the country,
especially compliance requirements.
Ensure FTW confirmation for any agreement with the 3rd parties required prior
approval by Corporate Legal.
Make sure keeping compliance requirement by distributors
- Sound asset management of affiliate operations including appropriate inventory
on hand and distributor
- Ensure that computer information systems adequately support the business operations
- Development of his/her subordinates in the organization
- Efficient, timely, and accurate reporting of affiliate financial activities, results,
opportunities & exposures to the G.M. & Area Controller.
- Identify macro exposures in the affiliate’s external environment. and maintaining
Disaster Recovery Plan for operation and IT. |
