⊙ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
▷Infrastructure system (PC, Server, LAN, Telephone)
• Windows XP laptop/desktop support
• PC SW patch management
• Deploy new computers, asset tag and inventory equipment for corporate office
• Deployment of new computers using pre-configured images (Ghost)
• Support/setup of telecommunications equipment and interfacing with branch office and abroad
• Configure and management Windows server; AD sever, File server, DHCP sever, Printer server
• Support LAN construction with vendor
▷Security & IT Policy.
• Primary owner of disaster recovery and backup countermeasures
• Standardizing software packages under the direction of corporate(AP HQ) IT
• Illegal SW audit by every month
▷Other.
• Minimum of 3 years experience providing desktop support in a networked environment
• Minimum of 3 years experience in server administration that includes Windows 2003 Server
• Minimum of 3 years experience with Windows 2003 and XP Professional
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office 2003 applications
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
