- Systemically manage marketing resources including training materials, promotional materials and tools, video/CD library, clinical papers, ad films, etc.
- Coordinate various marketing events like medical congresses, customer training sessions, live surgery workshops, and internal/distributor trainings and meetings: we attend more than 100 medical meetings and workshops per year
- Coordinate and handle all communications via mail or fax with distributors, doctors¡¯ associations, key opinion leaders, regional marketing, and various vendors
- Prepare various market and sales analysis reports with product managers and product specialists
- Support product managers and product specialists producing promotional materials and giveaways
- Help product managers and product specialists making training and meeting materials

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize work assignment and establish or meet work deadlines.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer (dBase, Excel, PowerPoint, MS-Word & Internet searching).
