<Business Development Specialist>
1. Develop and implement a sales strategy on key accounts to generate
strategic relationship that result in sales revenue.
2. Find out and create a new potential accounts or niche market as Long-
term plan and execution.
3. Develop a strategic selling process applied to sales forces
4. Project management: Leads projects including preparation of scope
documents, follow-up on project timelines and deliverables
5. Collaborates with all functional departments to achieve strategic,
tactical and project goals by providing leadership needed to instill a
team oriented, customer-driven,results-driven team.
6. Stay on top of industry trends ( e.g. acceptance/adoption of new
technologies, etc) |

1. Strong business development ability to manage multiple projects with
minimal direction and oversight
2. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
3. Excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal
4. BA degree: Business, Marketing, Bio-chemistry, Biology or a related
filed ( MBA degree preferred)
5. Minimum 4~5 years in business development, marketing, strategic
sales or a related filed in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industries. |
