- Set the training goals for sales & marketing excellence and on-job
competency.
- Design short & long-term training protocols for sales and marketing
- Implement & roll-out all training programs in BU
- Develop training materials and manuals
- Appraise trainees' competency on product related knowledge and
relevant skills
- Develop product key messages with marketing and sales for strategy-
aligned training
- Coach sales teams and give feedback to regional HQ on sales
excellence programs
- Communicate and cooperate with sales, marketing & medical staffs
effectively |

|
- Above University graduate, degree in Pharmacy or related
- Certificate or Diploma in Education, Training and Development
- Over 7 years of pharma industry experience (training, sales, marketing
& medical information)
- 3-5 years of experience in training
- Good written and spoken English language
- PC skills (e-mail, word, excel, power point, etc.)
- Good presentation skills & training skills required
- Good inter-relation skills are required
- Self-motivated |
