- Plan and drive to work towards achieving company vision, objectives as well as divisional
mission and strategies
- Achieve territory total product sales targets and associated individual product targets.
Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency and develop new
business opportunities with existing and potential customers. Monitor market trends and
competitor activity in assigned territory.
- Complete and submit timely administration tasks such as customer record keeping, rolling
forecasts, monthly highlights, expenses, etc. in line with divisional standards. Manage
samples, demo devices, promotional and phone expense budgets as per your plan spreadsheet
to ensure expenses budget is contained.
- Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure their requirements are being met
by the Company's products where possible. Represent Company in a professional manner that
aligns with Company image, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Guides new sales representatives. |

Master Degree : 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Under 5 year¡¯s sales experience in medical device or pharmaceutical
